- The wish list items were communicated to the HOA from residents. There is no guarantee that all or any will ultimately be achieved.
- Local management has helped with some potential time frames of feasibility, but ultimately the decision on final funding approval will come from Corporate Headquarters. That funding sequence may necessitate changes in feasibility and priority ranking.
- Please note that not every wish can be at the top.
- Of course, additional suggestions are welcome and may be submitted via the FORM.
- Those additional wishes will be added to the list as applicable.

- 09/01/17 - I would love a beginning yoga class. I think it would be easier for many more than an aerobics class. Or it could be in addition to the aerobics class. Just a thought. Thank you.
- 10/02/17 - Fountain in Waterfront pond
- 12/14/17 - After waiting for the Golf Cart Christmas Parade last night. I came up with this idea. I understand that the parade takes turns each year with starting either in the front or the back. My suggestion is that we have the parade on the boulevard. Everyone bring a chair, sit on the side and have the parade start at the club house and go to the front or back of the park, turn around and finish up back at the club house. This way folks are not waiting 2 hours for the parade to go by and cart have not dropped out. They would go completely around the boulevard. From front to back and then back to front. Thank you.
- 12/22/17 - I would like to see another rack of dumbbells in the gym. A set of 15, 20, & 25 lbs - a lot can be done with them. This is a small cost for a great health benefit.
- 03/19/18 - Replace the air conditioner in the guard shack with a larger one and seal around the opening to better insulate the space. This would prevent the electronics in the room from overheating and shortening the life of the equipment. It would also allow storage of CERT supplies that need to be kept cool.
- 03/19/18 - We need an easy way to provide quality feedback on the activities and amenities available here at the Hamptons. That way management can have timely documentation when things need improvement and also give positive feedback on all the good things we have to offer... which can be used as a selling point.
- 03/19/18 - Have a public part to the website and a secured site where only residents can sign in. Maybe using their last name and lot number- I would capture their IP address... We could also have a searchable database for our phone directory and not have the cost of printing. Ensuring only residents have access. If residents require a printed copy - charge the cost accordingly.
- 03/26/18 - A couple of residents have asked about the horseshoe pits. They would like them to be rebuilt. They especially would like it leveled first. They said that Phil is willing to buy materials for them to repair the pits themselves. They would like something more enduring (rebuild).
- 03/26/18 - Several of the new blue tiles around the pool are cracked. This probably causes leaking (costs) and sharp edges on tile could cut someone. I suggest that all broken times around the pool be replaced.
- 05/28/18 - A proper floor in a room designated for impact exercises. With the different dance classes and aerobic exercises, the floor should be cushioned properly for those types of exercises to make it easier on everyone's joints. This would be a wish list item for the expansion wish list of any further renovations to the current clubhouse. Cypress Lakes put in a floor when they renovated a few years ago and it is quite nice for exercising on. Thank you.
- 06/18/18 - Heard at the pool that Schalamar gets a discount on Spectrum. Anyone able to find out if this is true and can we in the Hamptons get the discount?
- 07/10/18 - Bowling alleys for bowling league.
- 07/31/18 - Is there anyway that Sun communities can meet with Spectrum and see if they can get a fixed monthly rate for everyone that lives in the Hampton's. I know that Shalamar is working with Spectrum to try to get a fixed rate for them. Let me know if I need to complete any other form to get this to Phil. Thank you.
- 10/01/18 - redo the dog park. It is full of dangerous roots and is just weeds and sand. The picnic tables look like they could fall apart. I would love to take our dogs there but it's dangerous to walk in there.
- 10/04/18 - I would like to have SUN management consider hiring lawn services to do all the lawns in the community. Currently there are many firms that mow at different times in the same neighborhood, causing noise and street blockage multiple times in a week rather than just once a week with a single company. Most residents pay to have their lawn mowed so the cost could be rolled over into our rent. Yards mowed at the same time would provide evenly manicured lawns within a neighborhood and get those lawns mowed that are sometimes not properly mowed in a timely manner.
- 11/15/18 - Would like a bigger dog park that has grass instead of dirt. It would be nice to have a covered area with a bench or two.
- 11/16/18 - Fix the problems with the current pool before building a second pool. Work with management to have a better watch system for squatters and a quicker reaction from management for this problem.
- 11/16/18 - [Install] Putt Putt Golf
- 02/11/19 - Have front gate closed at all times. Vendors can be buzzed in. Have gate close faster so that several vehicles cannot enter on one opening.
- 03/19/19 - I would like to propose that additional lighting be installed in the Clubhouse parking area for safety reasons, My particular concern is the lot closest to the Grille. There are many night time events at both the clubhouse and the Pro Shop. Also, some residents use the workout room or library in the evening when there aren't group events scheduled. While our parking area is technically lit, it's really not sufficient to prevent trips and falls or to allow residents to see their surroundings well. I think better lighting would be an enhancement to the community and make residents feel more comfortable using the Clubhouse amenities at night. Thank you.
- 04/14/19 - Raise the price for the poker runs two or three dollars and have a better meal.
- 04/30/19 - We need more guidance regarding how to approach and navigate the circle at Tulip Circle. While riding my bicycle [up Southampton Blvd] in the circle and about to exit the circle onto Tulip Circle West, a car entered the circle passed in front of me and exited onto the Blvd. I narrowly escaped an accident.
