Starts June 1 and runs through November 30

Shelter Maps are available in the Clubhouse Lobby or on the HOA Hamptons website. The Polk County Emergency Management Division operates a limited number of Special Needs Shelters. Admittance requires pre-registration. Registration should be done as soon as possible. Don't wait for a storm, as that will be too late. Forms are available on the table by the Clubhouse Office or on the HOA Hamptons website.
When a storm is heading our way, remove ALL items that are not cemented down (i.e., plants, chairs, gas grills, bicycles, flags, etc.) from all exterior areas and store them inside. This includes putting your golf cart in the shed and removing satellite dishes mounted on your patio or common area. Any of these items can damage not only your home and/or property but the home and/or property of anyone in your neighborhood.
For a complete Emergency Preparedness Guide, please go to the HOA Hamptons website and look for the guide and other documents under Emergency Preparedness.
